Original Oil Painting: Black & White Untitled Boots

From 1936 to 1942 while managing Bisbee’s Lyric Theater, artist Ted DeGrazia painted almost daily for two or three hours before work. In a studio near the projection room, he explored themes of modernism, expressionism and social realism as he painted scenes from history and contemporary life. This black and white oil painting from that era, depicts an old pair of working boots.
